Session persistence

What it does

StreamView auto-saves your session every 30 seconds and when the app closes, then restores it on the next launch. It remembers:

• open terminals and their positions
• workspace configurations
• layout preferences
• window size and position

How to use it

Two settings under Settings > General > Startup control restore behavior:

• Restore on launch — restores workspaces and stream layout from the last session.
• Auto-start streams on restore — when on, terminal processes start automatically; when off, only the layout is restored and you press play to start each stream individually.

Troubleshooting

• Streams restore but aren't running — that's "Auto-start on restore" being off; turn it on, or press play per stream.
• Nothing restores — make sure "Restore on launch" is enabled.
