1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LTC Labs products and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. License Grant
2.1 Perpetual Licenses
For products with perpetual licenses (YoinkIt, BranchOut, StackToPDF Pro), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software:
- On up to 3 devices simultaneously (unless specified otherwise)
- For personal or commercial use as described in the product documentation
- Subject to compliance with these Terms
2.2 Subscription Licenses
For subscription products (Vidge.AI), access is granted for the duration of your active subscription:
- Monthly or annual billing as selected
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Access terminates upon cancellation or non-payment
2.3 Free Products
Free products (Rippsy, StackToPDF Free) are provided "as-is" without warranty. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free products at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Share, distribute, or resell your license to third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or modify copyright notices or license verification mechanisms
- Use the software for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass license activation limits or restrictions
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Pricing
All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice for existing customers. New prices apply immediately to new purchases.
5.2 Refunds
Perpetual licenses: 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase date. Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds for annual plans if cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase. No refunds for monthly plans or renewals.
6. Warranty Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LTC LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
