Stillwater help

Stillwater backs up and restores the PC's hard drive. The image is a VHDX file on another drive. Windows can keep running while the image is taken.

The USB stick is only how you start a machine that will not boot, so Stillwater can reach that hard drive from outside Windows.

Yoink is the USB and SD tool. It rips a stick to an image, wipes it, or makes it a Windows 11 installer. It stays on removable drives.

In Stillwater on Windows, Help opens this site. Contact support sends a message to LTC Labs. The recovery stick has neither button and does not connect to the internet.
